Can I conceal carry in Wal-Mart? Seriously, I will only go to that pit on a weekday morning. And the one in Franklin in still better than the Loomis Road one.

for some one who lived in NYC in the 80's during the days of ed Koch & David Dinkins, comes along a mayor that i never politically agreed with but still tip my hat to him until this day roaring like a lion, cleaning up NYC, starting with the mafia, then drug dealers, the bums, the pimps and the hookers and now NYC is cleaner then north side Milwaukee by far.that mayor is Rudy Juliani, so the solution here is a tougher leadership I don't care which party they belong to.need to be tough on crime.
remember, robbers might concentrate on quieter neighborhoods for their unpreparedness
