Arbor Day Event Will Honor Bolender
City will plant a white oak tree in honor of the late Oak Creek mayor.
Oak Creek's Arbor Day celebration Friday will recognize the late Mayor Dick Bolender.
The city will plant a white oak tree in front of the municipal services building, 800 W. Puetz Road, in Bolender's honor.
The event, which features a planting demonstration and dedication, begins at 1 p.m.
