In her latest newsletter, County Supervisor Pat Jursik said that College Avenue construction is on schedule to be completed by Nov. 18, weather permitting.

Jursik said that crews are paving the roadway, medians and median curb and gutter on College Avenue between Howell and Pennyslvania. 

College Avenue east of Pennyslvania, in South Milwaukee, already reopened.
