County Supervisor Pat Jursik's office will prepare a resolution in support of adding the proposed Lake Parkway extension to the southeastern Wisconsin regional transportation plan.

The resolution is the next step in the long process for the extension. Jursik chairs an advisory committee that unanimously recommended the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission add the extension to the transportation plan.

Under the proposal, the Lake Parkway would be extended to Highway 100 in Oak Creek.
