Man Drives to Oak Creek for Sex With 15-Year-Old, Police Say
A 25-year-old man has been charged with second-degree sexual assault after police found him lying in a 15-year-old girl's bed.
A 25-year-old man from Duluth, Minn., is accused of driving to Oak Creek to meet up with a 15-year-old girl and having sexual relations with her.
Luke A. Hamman was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 16 years old. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
The girl told police she had been talking with Hamman via e-mail since September, according to the criminal complaint. On Oct. 18, he told her he loved her and was going to show up at her Oak Creek home.
The Duluth Police Department contacted Oak Creek police after the man had been reported missing from Duluth and officers found online contact with the girl.
Police went to the girl's residence and eventually found the man hiding in the girl's bed. They both admitted to sexual activity, according to an Oak Creek police report.
Hamman has been turned over to the Justice 2000 program for monitoring while awaiting trial.

OK...Where were this girls parents?
If you want to have children then be a responsible parent. If you can't accept the responsibility that come with being a parent then don't have children. And parents need to be more in control of their children's lives until the child is 18...and even after they turn 18 a parent should still give their children advice, and children, if they built a good bond with their parents, after turning 18 should know that they can go to their parents for help and advice.

No doubt, if we want to have our schools improve, it begins at the home. I'd have no problem with legislation making parents culpable for crimes committed by minors.

Yes, where were the parent's? But also, where was this girl's head at?? A stranger online? My God. At her age I would never have agreed to meeting him. The girl has responsibility in this as well.

The law took the Parents responsibility away years ago when it was deemed child abuse to whoop your kids ass's. I had 6 teenagers in the house at one time, and it wasn't easy..and no I didn't whoop their ass's either because I was too afraid to go to jail...but I've had my ass whooped and by God I knew better than to do crap like this. Kid's nowdays have no fear...and grow up wayyyy to fast!
