Elementary School Custodian Charged With Sexual Assault
Cedar Hills custodian allegedly harassed employee.
A former custodian is facing charges after he allegedly groped an employee.
Anthony Tyler, 54, of Mount Pleasant, was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Friday with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. If convicted, he could face up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

The victim told police Tyler made unwanted sexual advances toward her for some time and attempted to grab her on multiple occasions. She said he would blow kisses at her while grabbing his privates and told her he was in love with her.
He touched her inappropriately on at least one occasion and she wrote him a letter telling him she didn't appreciate the advances. However, he later grabbed her chest while in the school.

When asked by police, Tyler said the incidents were consensual.
He will make his initial appearance in court Feb. 1.
