Former Oak Creek Student Nets Two Honors At The Citadel
Jacob Pues was named to President's List, The Citadel's highest honor.
graduate Jacob Pues received two high honors from The Citadel when he was named to the fall 2011 President's List and the Commandant's Distinguished Service List.
The President's List, which indicates excellence in academics and military duties, is the most distinguished awards list on which a cadet can be placed, according to a news release.
Cadets named to the Commandant's List, meanwhile, are recognized for "having made the most positive contributions to their platoon, company, battalion, staff, the South Carolina Corps of Cadets and The Citadel," according to a news release.
