   Why Go: It could live up to last month's performance, .

5. Winter Blast and Chili Contest
   Where/When: South Shore Park Pavilion in Bay View/Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.
   Why go: The event will include kids’ games, community organizations, live music and more.
