Where/When: St. John's on Oakwood/Friday, 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Why Go: An assortment of wines and cheeses will be available, plus plenty of other snacks to whet your palette.
Pricing: $15 per couple, $8 per person. Must be 21 or older. - Comedy Night
Where/When: Oak Creek Community Center/Friday, 7:30 p.m.
Why Go: It could live up to last month's performance, which got rave reviews.
Pricing: $5 in advance, $7 at the door. - Two Bands, One Night
Where/When: Oak Creek Community Center/Saturday, 8 p.m.-midnight.
Why Go: You can rock out to some classic tunes by Liverpool ’64, a Beatles tribute band, and AARPer’s Bizarre, covering new and old rock hits.
Pricing: $5 - Winter Blast and Chili Contest
Where/When: South Shore Park Pavilion in Bay View/Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.
Why go: The event will include kids’ games, community organizations, live music and more.
