Great Escape: Classic Italian Pasta Sauces Class
Oak Creek High School will host a community-education course in Italian cooking.
Between the household chores, picking up after the kids, playing chauffeur and working at your paid job, you’ve earned yourself a Great Escape.
Each week, we’ll tell you about one great idea to give your mind a mini-vacation while you escape from reality for a much deserved break, so you can return refreshed, renewed and ready to take on your role as “super-mom” again.
This month, expand your horizons and make some new friends with some community education classes and recreation lessons.

Want to spice up your family meals? Plan a Great Escape to Oak Creek High School on April 19 for a Classic Italian Pasta Sauces course. For $20, you and your spouse (or you and your friends) can learn how to make a variety of classic Italian sauces like Marinara, Alfredo, Vodka, Arrabiatta and Carbonara. The class is held from from 6:30-9 p.m. Print off the registration form online.
