Items Stolen In Gastrau's Golf Center Break-In
Between three and four people entered the business just after midnight Sunday and stole a snow blower, air compressor and power washer, according to police.
Police say three or four people entered Gastrau's Golf Center, 1300 E. Rawson Ave., just after midnight Monday and took a snow blower, air compressor and power washer.
They used a crowbar, which was found at the scene, to force open a garage door, according to the Oak Creek Police Department logbook.
In addition to the items stolen, several more items — including a lawnmower, a steel door and doorknobs — were damaged.
Officers processed the scene for fingerprints and were still investigating.
Gastrau's was also broken into in 2010, leading to charges of burglary and arson for a 48-year-old Milwaukee man.
