Man Accused of Providing Son Porn Arrested Again

Man allegedly made contact with wife trying to convince his family not to testify against him and was arrested for bail jumping.

Less than 24 hours after making his initial court appearance, the Oak Creek man who allegedly forced his son to watch pornography was arrested for bail jumping.

The man has a no-contact order with his wife and two kids. According to the Oak Creek Police Department logbook, he could be heard in the background of a telephone call between his wife and her brother early Monday morning.

His wife told police he was trying to convince her and her kids not to testify in his court case. He was also trying to get back some of his personal possessions, such as his glasses, toothpaste and title to his car, according to the report.

"Don't add fuel to the fire, let's drop this, don't do this," the man said, according to the report. He also said "don't let her know I'm not supposed to be talking to her," but it was clearly audible to the woman, she told police.

On Thursday, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office charged him with a felony count of bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of intimidating a witness. He pleaded not guilty, according to online court records, and remains in Milwaukee County Jail.

The man, 50, was charged last week with 12 felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material. According to a criminal complaint, he started giving his son pornography in fifth or sixth grade and made him watch the videos every week until early in his freshman year.

Patch is not naming the man to protect the identity of the victims.
