The 50-year-old Oak Creek resident accused of forcing his son to watch pornographic videos for years pleaded not guilty Tuesday morning.
The man waived his preliminary hearing and is now bound over for trial, according to online court records.
He is charged with 12 felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material and last week prosecutors added charges of bail jumping and intimidating a witness after he allegedly broke a no-contact order.
He will next appear in court May 29 for a scheduling conference.
