Oak Creek School Gets Special Visit From Packers' Kicker

Mason Crosby visited a green-and-gold Meadowview Elementary Tuesday.

Everywhere you looked Tuesday, was green and gold.

With a good reason - it was the day the school welcomed Mason Crosby, the kicker of the undefeated, defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers.

The appearance came thanks to a parent who nominated Lora Haslbeck's third-grade class to win the visit through an FM 106.1 radio contest.

After being serenaded by a Go Pack Go chant as he entered the building, Crosby met with Haslbeck's students for about a half hour, answering questions, showing off his Super Bowl ring, signing autographs and posing for photos with students.

Afterward, he greeted the entire school in the gymnasium.

Crosby's appearance came just two days after nailing the game-winning kick to beat the New York Giants Sunday and keep the Packers unbeaten.

A few other Packers were seen in the Milwaukee area on Tuesday. Fullback John Kuhn signed autographs in Brookfield for people who donated food to the Hunger Task Force, as . Wide receiver Donald Driver, meanwhile was and signing his copies of his book.
