Papa Murphy's is set to open in the former Cold Stone Creamery space at 8880 S. Howell Ave.

Owner Greg Oman said the restaurant is on track to open in mid-March. It will be part of the Centennial Park strip mall, which also includes Quiznos and Starbucks.

Papa Murphy's pizzas are made fresh but customers bake them in their own ovens, giving the chain its "Take 'N Bake" slogan.

Papa Murphy's also has a location at 6509 S. 27th St. in Franklin.
