Veterans were honored for their service in a Memorial Day program at in Oak Creek.

The event featured a wreath-laying, an Honor Guard salute, the releasing of doves and speakers who paid tribute to those who served.

"They gave up all of their tomorrows so we could have ours," said Joe Maniscalco, commander of VFW Post #8482.
