Marching bands from throughout the area participated Saturday in Waukesha South High School's MarchFest, as the groups get ready for the state competition at UW-Whitewater on Oct. 13.
Oak Creek High School was part of Saturday's MarchFest and took second place in its division. Oak Creek also took a caption award for visual presentation.
