We Energies is testing its air-quality control system.
If you're hearing strange noises coming from We Energies' power plant in Oak Creek, it's because the company is performing steam-blows as part of the testing on its air-quality control system, according to the city's website.
The steam-blows were scheduled to take place Wednesday, Thursday and possibly Friday.
