Thursday's 'Glee' Has Oak Creek Tie
Fox's hit TV show will feature Nick Young, who spent years training at his mother's dance academy in Oak Creek and previously appeared on 'So You Think You Can Dance.'
Nick Young, who spent years dancing at his mother's Young Dance Academy in Oak Creek, is taking his talents to Glee Thursday night.
Fox's hit show airs locally at 8 p.m. on channel 6 (WITI-TV). Young has been dropping hints about his appearance on his Twitter feed .
By the hashtags Young used, he might be stepping out with the Warblers, the New Directions rivals from all-boys school Dalton Academy. The New Directions will be preparing for Sectionals as they face against the Warblers. Gleeks will be happy see a number of returning faces. Click here for a preview of tonight's episode.
It's far from the first time on national television for Young — he was a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance, another Fox show, in 2011.
Young is a Franklin native who graduated from Greendale's Martin Luther High School in 2010.
Young Dance Academy, 181 W. Marquette Ave., opened in 1983 and has provided a variety of dance classes for young and adult dancers.
