VIDEO: Oak Creek Slugger a World Series Winner

The Milwaukee Angels U10 baseball team just won the World Series, and an Oak Creek boy helped make it happen.

An Oak Creek slugger helped his baseball team, the Milwaukee Angels U10, win the American Amateur Youth Baseball Alliance World Series and Patch's media partners at Fox 6 got the inside scoop on the accomplishment.

Oak Creek's Issiah Butler, joined by his teammates from all over southeastern Wisconsin, was a part of a dramatic come-from-behind victory during the tournament in St. Louis from July 8-13. After losing their first game to the St. Louis Pirates, the team stole the show for the rest of the tournament and took home the glory.

There were 90 teams from all over the United States competing, and the Milwaukee Angels say they’ll remember this for the rest of their lives.
