Renewed Yoga with Lynn Andrews

Starting January 2013, Renewed Yoga will be offering group classes & private sessions at 5 Elements. 

MY HEALING YOGA CLASSES ~ are designed to help you move more freely, and breathe more deeply!

"I focus on specific areas of the body to help bring flexibility, and ease into those tight areas we all experience. Placing my emphasis on areas such as hips, low back, neck and shoulders, to encourage deep release. All poses are done in a gentle, yet supportive manner, using modifications to meet the needs of the individual. It's a modality that can be applied to groups or individuals. By supporting various parts of the body with props, e.g., blankets, foam blocks, straps or bolsters, you are able to fully surrender releasing those tight areas with more ease. This class is appropriate for everyone!"

Lynn has been practicing yoga since 2003. In 2009 she completed her 230-hour teacher training, and is currently in Yoga One's 500-hour Vinaysa training completing in May 2013. Lynn is also both registered and certified with Yoga Alliance.
