Coming Together For Oak Creek National Night Out

The annual crime-prevention event returned to the Oak Creek Community Center Tuesday.

Oak Creek got an up-close look at law enforcement, as well as dozens of local businesses and organizations, at the 2013 National Night Out Tuesday at the Oak Creek Community Center.

Kids got a view from inside emergency vehicles and took part in several other activities, including drunken driving and texting while driving simulations.

Attendees also enjoyed low-cost food items and fireworks at the end of the night.
