Delphi Seen As Key Milwaukee-Area Development Project
Oak Creek redevelopment area named in BizTimes' list.
BizTimes Milwaukee has named the former Delphi property, 7929 S. Howell Ave., as the one of the most important redevelopment projects in the Milwaukee area.
The newspaper listed 10 projects that "will collectively make a significant impact on the southeastern Wisconsin commercial real estate landscape."
The Delphi land, where a , was mentioned along with sites such as the Shops of Grand Avenue, Bradley Center and the Kohl's headquarters.
