Our sympathy goes out to the family, Erv was a great businessman and a good friend, we use to solicite Erv"s just about every Fri/Sat night to either have the fish fry or steaks. As usual Erv would always be in his great mood, tell stories and just a great person to be around. We moved out of state about 12 years ago, but always talk about the good times we had with Erv, Sure going to miss him. George/Terri Phillips, Las Vegas, Nv

I an many of my military friends would eat at Ervs during our military weekends. Always enjoyed food and great beers on tap and meeting with Erv. We all got out of military in the 90,s. Recently around christmas we had a reunion in Milwaukee and our choice to eat was at Ervs. Was graet and was great to be back at Ervs. I am sure there are alot of prior military who will with us say heres to you Erv and have one in Heaven as I know you will look down on us with a cool one. Love the Mayfields from Janesville Wi.

My sympathy to Erv's family. Such a kind, generous man always with a smile on his face. Way back to Oak Chalet before Erv's, you were a good friend to many. Diane Brunner
