Illinois Business Relocates to Oak Creek

Noark Electric recently moved from Rockford, Ill. to 13th Street in Oak Creek. Meanwhile, another company is expanding its presence in the city.

Noark Electric, a manufacturer that moved to Oak Creek in November, is one of two firms to relocate from Illinois to southeastern Wisconsin, according to a Journal Sentinel report.

Noark moved into a 6,000-square-foot facility at 9817 S. 13th St. on Nov. 9. The space is larger than Noark's previous headquarters in Rockford, Ill., and accommodates a small warehouse, an area for product training and space for future technical support, according to Noark's website.

Noark manufactures circuit protection and related products.
