Problems Continue For Prime Table

A year after it was shut down for a cockroach infestation, Prime Table reportedly continues to be cited for health violations.

Even after Prime Table Family Restaurant was shut down last year for a cockroach infestation, the Oak Creek Health Department has continued to find health-related violations, according to a report from WTMJ-TV.

Prime Table, 7864 S. Howell Ave., was the subject of the station's "dirty dining" segment aired Thursday. According to the report, the restaurant has been cited for violations including bare hand contact with food served to customers, not using proper cooling methods and no expiration dates on potentially hazardous food.

The station also said a police officer hand-delivered a citation after the restaurant refused to accept it.

Last November, the health department suspended the restaurant's license after a customer complained about a cockroach in soup.
