Master Lock will keep its headquarters in Oak Creek after being spun off from its parent company, according to a Journal Sentinel report.
Fortune Brand Inc., a diverse Chicago-based group whose holdings include Master Lock, announced earlier this year it would split into three different companies, the newspaper reported.
In 2004, Master Lock moved its corporate headquarters to Oak Creek at 137 W. Forest Hill Ave.
