Report: Oak Creek Industrial Building Sold
Independence Corrugated leases the 120,000-square-foot building at 7475 S. 6th St.
An Oak Creek industrial building at 7475 S. 6th Street has been sold for $5 million, according to a Journal Sentinel report.
Independence Corrugated, which manufactures corrugated paper for the box industry, leases the building. Zilber Property Group purchased the 120,000-square-foot Oak Creek facility and three others for a combined $9.5 million, according to the report.
