A 13,000-square-foot retail center is under construction near the intersection of Rawson and Howell avenues.
No tenants are yet known. Real estate brokerage firm CB Richard Ellis is handling the leasing of the development, which has room for six to nine tenants.
CBRE broker Peter Glaser did not offer names of any potential tenants, saying there's "nothing they can officially announce at this time."

Each tenant space will take up at least 1,400 square feet, with a rental rate of $18 per square foot, per year. The strip mall's design leaves room for a drive-through space, so there is potential for a fast-food restaurant at the location.
The structure will face Howell Avenue and have a 164-stall parking lot in back. The original proposal called for two buildings, though only one is under construction at this point.

A completion date for the project is unknown.
The building was given the go-ahead by the Common Council last year.
