Bellagio Salon Nails Spa will open in the multi-tenant, Pick 'n Save-anchored building near 27th Street and Ryan Road.
Interior renovations are under way now. An opening date was not known.
The business is moving into the space formerly occupied by DeVita Salon, according to a report to Plan Commission members.

Bellagio is the second new business to move into the building in the last year. Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists, a 24-hour emergency animal hospital, opened on the west end of the facility last April.
