A grand opening celebration is tentatively scheduled for Dec. 1.

Karabon is opening the franchise in Oak Creek with his fiancee, Annie Piontek. It's part of the multi-tenant North Shore Bank building, which also includes El Fogon.

Karabon said the feedback has been great so far, with many residents expressing their enthusiasm for the restaurant's impending opening.

"We're happy to offer something like this, which is not available on this side of town," Karabon said. "We hope it's well-received."
