Hey Pale Rider - We haven't yet (the teen is our son so that is why I put we) but now that you have asked, we have cufflink blanks and some 12 gauge brass to play with so we will give it try and let you know. The only thing is they wouldn't have primers in them since of course that would be dangerous but if we do make them work, would you prefer brass or steel? We will do some tests this week and see how they look. And Cody, thanks, I am sure they did...lol, but who can argue with a teen recycling and saving money for college at the same time... :)

Sounds good. We do polish the brass and they don't tarnish as fast as most but the steel do tend to stay polished longer. We'll see what we can do and post pics when we come up with something worthy of the KilrLEDs name.

Brass does tend to tarnish faster though we do polish them really well. Steel seems to keep a polish longer for sure. We will play around this week and hopefully have something to show you that is worthy of the KilrLEDs name shortly.
