Wes and I were raised in Oak Creek. I attended Carollton Elementary, he Meadowview Elementary. He then went to Cudahy High School and I went to South Milwaukee High School. We are both realtors that service all of the South Suburbs. Our office is located in Oak Creek at 7801 S. Howell Ave., right next to Culver's in the Guardian Credit Union Building. Wes coaches and I sit on the board for Oak Creek Youth Football. I play softball at the Oak Creek Legion.

What is your favorite thing about this area?

Find out what's happening in Oak Creekwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

Our favorite thing about the area is the convenience - everything we need or desire is right here! From major chains to locally owned and operated, we have shopping, medical, great food, sandy beach, parks, night life!

Current employer/position?

We are both realtors of The Jock Team, brokered by Coldwell Banker Homesale Realty.

What do you absolutely love about your job?

We LOVE helping first time home-buyers into their first home. We also feel honored that people entrust us with, what is most of the time, their largest investment! We take it very seriously and are very aware of the care that must be provided.

What would you consider your passions?

Our passions are in this order: our faith, our family, all things real estate!

What impact do you hope to leave on this community?

We hope that we are known for our approachability and that we set an example to all South Suburban business owners with our absolute highest levels of integrity and customer service.

Who is your mentor? Why did you choose them?

Our mentors are, without a doubt, our parents. They are driven, have been successful in business, have worked from the ground up and have given an indescribable amount of encouragement, advice and guidance to us as business owners and as parents alike.

What is your favorite local nonprofit/charity group and why?

Our favorite nonprofit is by far The Salvation Army! We attend church at Oak Creek Centennial, our son has played rec sports through the Sal, we grew up using the gym. We have seen very good things happen to people as a direct result of The Salvation Army’s works.

Do you have any special talents? What are they?

Our special talents are…oh where do we start! Wes can juggle. He excels at almost everything athletic, except water skiing which is the only sport that I can say (very proudly) that I am better at! Ha! I love children and have always been the Auntie that spoils the kids rotten. I love to watch their sports, concerts, dance performances…I just love to watch them grow.

One piece of advice for other young professionals?

Stay true to yourself. Be an expert at one thing, find/hire other "professionals" to be experts at the other things needed in your business.
