Let's Celebrate Kobi!

November 24, 2009, will always be a very important day in the Maley household.

Three years ago today, Kobi became part of our family when we adopted him.

This year has been a whirlwind of a year for Kobi. He lost a very important person and still doesn't understand why she can't come back. He had his tonsils and adenoids removed. He started preschool and is learning that he loves to go to the movies. He also has learned to say his prayers and takes much pride in saying them.

Kobi is still filled with such enthusiasm when he learns something new and his smile will just melt your heart.

It amazes us much this little boy fits in with the three of us.

He is still a very kind, loving and caring boy and if you hurt, he hurts. He has so many routines that he likes to stick with everyday like playing Kobi, where are you or having his fruit snack or juice first thing every morning.

Kobi has brought us so much joy and like our daughter Erica, there isn't a day that doesn't go by that I don't thank God for him.

I look forward to all the years to come and to watch Kobi grow and experience life. He has such a great attitude and I hope he will always have his enthusiasm.

Kobi, like your sister, Erica, you are my pride, my joy, my dream. I am so proud to call you my son! Happy "Let's Celebrate Kobi" Day!
