What a difference a year makes!

How Kobi faired with Halloween.

As Halloween neared, we wondered, "how would Kobi do this year"?

You see, last year Kobi did not handle trick-or-treating very well. We went to two houses and he was done because the decorated houses and the children roaming the streets in masks scared him.

Kobi had three different events this year for Halloween. He loved every one of them including trick-or-treating. He told me before he left that he was to say trick-or-treat at all the houses he went to and then thank you. I knew then that he was ready to go.

I wasn't able to go with him, so my husband took him. This little boy ended up coming home with a basket filled with candy. He was thrilled.

It amazes me how different his attitude was toward Halloween this year compared to last year.

We were told that as Kobi comes close to being four that he would outgrow a lot of his fears. So far, it seems right. He will be four at the end of December.

Kobi, you are growing up and I am loving every minute of it!
