What Goes Around, Comes Around!

Revisiting the Kohl Children's Museum a few decades later.

Last Saturday, Mark decided to take Kobi and his friend, Elijah, to the Kohl Children's Museum in Glenview, IL.

We used to live in Illinois when our daughter was little and this was one of her favorite places to go. Well, Kobi and Elijah had a ball just like Erica did when she was little.

It is so nice to see places still around that we used to take Erica to when she was a child. Kohl Children's Museum is a hands-on place for children to be creative and use their imagination. They can dress up, play cashier of a grocery store and the fun just goes on and on.

I guess it has changed quite a bit since our daughter was young but it is even more elaborate now and there is a lot more to do.

I think we all like re-visiting our childhood, so we are going to take a road trip back one of these days so Erica and I can see how it has changed. It is one more thing that Erica and Kobi have in common now.

I would encourage all of you to take a trip there with your children. It is about an hour away, which isn't too bad. I think your children would have a great time. Check it out if you get a chance: http://www.kohlchildrensmuseum.org/

Grow up. We won't forget either. That those of you who had a little bit, held tightfisted to it likeRead More a four year old unwilling to share his toy truck. That you endorsed and supported a man who has gone on to undermine this state, its jobs, its infrastructure, its education system, its people, its very foundation. You remember...it was you who did this.
