AP: Temple Shooting Victim Is In Coma

Punjab Singh has been in critical condition since the Aug. 5 shootings at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin.

Punjab Singh, the lone victim of the Sikh temple shootings still hospitalized, is in a coma, according to the Associated Press.

The AP earlier this week spoke with Singh's family members, who traveled from India to be at his side. His family had not previously made any public statements.

Singh, a temple priest, was shot in the head by gunman Wade Michael Page during the Aug. 5 attack at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek. Page killed six temple members and injured four others.

Police Lt. and have been released from the hospital. Amarjit Kaur was treated and released the day of the shootings.
