Oak Creek Girl Wins National Miss Majorette Title

Taylor Prelewicz of Oak Creek has won the Juvenile Miss Majorette of America title.

Taylor competed at America's Youth on Parade, a National USA Twirling Competition at the University of Notre Dame, the week of July 18. On Friday evening, she captured the all around title in three events. 

Taylor, 10 years old, has been competing in baton since the age of 3. The Juvenile Miss Majorette of America title is the biggest a person can win at Taylor's age. She represented the state after winning the Juvenile Miss Majorette of Wisconsin and competed against 23 other twirlers from across the country.
