OAK CREEK— Drop off your aluminum cans and support Girl Scout Daisy Troop 9279 during Cans for Kids, a fundraising event to help purchase holidays gifts for children in need.
Bring your cans to the Oak Creek Community Center (8580 S Howell Ave.) between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7. Girl Scouts will also host a bake sale and rummage sale inside the community center. Proceeds from the sales and recycled cans will go toward purchasing gifts for children.
