National Night Out

The annual crime prevention event National Night Out returns to the Oak Creek Community Center Aug. 6.

National Night Out includes emergency vehicles on display, informational booths, kids' games, raffles, low-cost food items and fireworks on the football field at the end of the night.

Organizers are asking attendees to bring nonperishable food items for a food drive benefiting Oak Creek pantries.

National Night Out is designed to heighten awareness of crime prevention efforts and strengthen neighborhood spirit.
