Hope everyone had a great Valentine’s Day & weekend. Though Valentine’s Day may be a “Hallmark holiday,” it can also be about showing appreciation & love for your spouse, family, friends, others AND yourself. For Bob Johnson it was about his own journey to good health. When Bob Johnson’s wife was diagnosed with cancer it prompted him – with a request from his wife – to work at getting healthy. Bob not only showed support and love for his wife but also for himself.
