You Can Do ANYTHING You Put Your Mind To

Get out there and reach that goal you set -- no matter how big, small, or difficult they are!

Well, the Packers game was disappointing yesterday but there is a lesson to be learned here. I'm sure everyone noticed the extreme drive and attention each player had as the minutes ticked down on the clock. They tried harder and harder with each passing moment. Is this how you strive to reach your goals when you can see failure on the horizon?

The headlines today are not negative regarding the Packers - they are positive with focus on the future and their next try at a victory: Packers Can't - And Don't Blame Officials and Losing To 49ers No Reason For Despair.

The take-aways from the game and today's headlines:

  • Learn why you hit a bump in the road to success and overcome that obstacle the next time you try;
  • Don't dwell on a failure - always move past it and look forward to a positive outcome next time.

Now, get out there and reach that goal you set. You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to - just like the Packers WILL win against the Bears on Thursday!!

Here's to reaching your fitness goals - no matter how big, small, or difficult they are!!

The whole thing is to get out there and get started, go for a walk, take the stairs instead of the escalator, or park your car farther from the store, just get started and you'll feel better. Also check your food labels cut back on the fats and sugars.

Grow up. We won't forget either. That those of you who had a little bit, held tightfisted to it likeRead More a four year old unwilling to share his toy truck. That you endorsed and supported a man who has gone on to undermine this state, its jobs, its infrastructure, its education system, its people, its very foundation. You remember...it was you who did this.
