How Do You Deal With Stress?

Let’s face it… Stress is a part of life.  But its how we deal with it that determines how it actually affects our life.  As the story below states: “The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water.  Think about them for a while and nothing happens.  Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt.  And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything.” 

"Remember to put the glass down."

Though stress is a part of daily life, you have to learn to “put the glass down.”  Take time away from your stress and improve your life.
