Winning IS Everything! (When it comes to attitude)

On Thursday, September 6th, the Oak Creek JV football team hosted their rival Franklin on our newly refurbished field. While the final score did not result in a "W" for our JV team (although Varisty did beat Franklin the following evening), a special relationship was forged between the Oak Creek and Franklin JV cheer squads. 

The OC cheerleaders surprised the Franklin guests by running to the visitors sideline at halftime. The OC girls wanted to welcome the Franklin cheerleaders and thank them for coming. As the game concluded, the coach of the Franklin cheerleaders sought out the OC cheer coaches to share a compliment--Oak Creek has a great bunch of girls involved in cheer!

The scoreboard showed a loss for OC but there were plenty of winning attitudes on both sides of the field! This stunting picture was taken after the game and if you look closely you will see that the girls spelled the word "love" in the stunts.
