Alleged Drunken Driver Found Passed Out at Restaurant Drive-Through

35-year-old from Milwaukee was arrested for drunken driving, first offense.

A 35-year-old Milwaukee man was found asleep while in the drive-through of the Rawson Avenue  early this morning and was arrested for drunken driving, according to a police report.

Officers found him passed out in the driver's seat with the engine running about 2 a.m., the report said.

Police said he refused a breath test and was arrested for drunken driving, first offense.
