On Wednesday, Oak Creek police officers were called to the 700 block of E. Puetz Road after someone reported a 1996 Isuzu Oasis had sideswiped a parked car in the area. When officers arrived, they found Nehrbass barefoot and standing in the middle of the road, looking confused.

Nehrbass had difficulty standing and failed field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest for OWI and taken to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital for a blood test.
