Citations Issued After Fight at Pilot Travel Center

Two men ticketed for disorderly conduct after they fought in the Pilot parking lot Friday morning.

Oak Creek police cited two men for disorderly conduct after they fought outside , 2031 W. Ryan Road, Friday morning.

According to an Oak Creek police report:

A 49-year-old man stopped in the entrance to Pilot about 10:30 a.m. to let another vehicle pass in front of him.

A 42-year-old man was also entering the gas station and began yelling at the 49-year-old after he pulled up to the pump.

A shouting match ensued before the 42-year-old turned around and ran toward the other man, knocking him to the ground and punching him. He was pulled off by a witness and left before officers arrived.

The 49-year-old sustained scrapes to his forehead and both forearms. The witness told police the 49-year-old also struck the other man.

Both men were issued tickets for disorderly conduct.
