Disorderly Conduct, Drug Citations Issued After Incident at Hotel

Woman had apparent bad reaction to crack cocaine, was running through hallways and screaming.

A woman who told police she had a bad reaction to crack cocaine while at the , 6360 S. 13th St., was arrested and taken to a hospital.

According to an Oak Creek police report, officers were called to the hotel at 9:35 p.m. Saturday on reports of a woman running through the hallway screaming.

One of the 911 callers let her into his room and she hid under the bed, saying she was being chased, according to the report. The caller told police she appeared to be high on some sort of drug, and was sweating heavily and turning purple.

A 46-year-old man was with her and chased her to try and calm her down, the report said, which caused a further disturbance.

The woman admitted to police the two crack cocaine rocks found in her hotel room were hers, according to the report. She was arrested for possession of cocaine and disorderly conduct and taken to St. Francis Hospital for medical evaluation.
