Fender Bender Leads to Man's 3rd OWI Arrest

A 28-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested after a minor accident in a gas station parking lot.

A minor incident in a gas station parking lot resulted in the arrest of a 28-year-old Oak Creek man, who could be charged with his third drunken driving offense.

According to an Oak Creek police report, the man backed into a parked car about 9:50 p.m. March 8 at Shell gas station, 2170 W. Ryan Road.

His car did not sustain damage and the vehicle he hit had only minor damage, according to the report.

However, police found him to be intoxicated and took him to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital for a blood draw.

The man now awaits possible charges from the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
