Fight in Panera Parking Lot Leads to Three Arrests

Trio fought over money.

A fight over money outside Friday night resulted in the arrests of three men for disorderly conduct.

According to a police report:

The men, age 22, 43 and 53, arranged to meet in front of Panera to settle their dispute. After they began talking in one of their vehicles, the 43-year-old started punching the 53-year-old.

The confrontation then moved from the vehicle into the parking lot before they separated themselves. 

Officers arrived about 6:30 p.m. and found the 53-year-old with a large bruise and cut across his nose, and the 22-year-old with some scratches on his face. Both declined medical attention.

Police arrested all three for disorderly conduct after they gave conflicting accounts of what happened.
