Several mailboxes and some AT&T equipment near the 1100 block of W. Oakwood Road were damaged early Sunday morning.
Officers discovered the vandalism at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, according to a police report. Four mailboxes were targeted, with damage ranging from $25 to $75.
Officers later found some AT&T equipment knocked over and said it was probably related to the mailbox incident. A power meter with wires exposed caused We Energies to advise everyone to stay 25 feet away while repairs were made.
